Shipping Policy for United States

  • Standard Shipping contiguous United States $7.95 usd. Free standard shipping for order total over $99. Orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipped from the US. Standard Shipping 4-7 days.

Shipping Policy for Australia

  • Standard Shipping $12.95 aud. Free standard shipping for order total over $99. Orders are processed within 24 hours, and most products are shipped from Australia. Standard Shipping 4-7 days.

Shipping Policy for the rest of the world

  • Standard Shipping $12.95 usd up to 16oz (excluding apparel). Orders over 16oz weight-based shipping applies. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard International Shipping to most countries 10-21 days.

International Shipping Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

BrainFirst Products Refund Policy

  • If you have decided that one of our products is not for you then simply let us know and ship the product back to us (at your cost) within 14 days of receiving your order and we will organize a refund or exchange for you. Please note that the plastic seal on the lid must be intact for us to accept the return. 100% of the purchase price of select products will be refunded, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Apparel is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
